  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the unused kitchenware in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
